IN ORDER TO PURCHASE/ORDER AMMUNITION, THE CUSTOMER HAS READ AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
– Pistol Ammunition purchases – I am of age 21 or older.
– Rifle Ammunition purchases – I am of age 18 or older.
– I am not prohibited from the purchase, possession, or use of ammunition.
– I am aware that our products are intended for adult use only.
– I am aware that the handling of ammunition and/or ammunition components may expose me to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. For more information on this go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov
– By selling or delivering ammunition, 307 Ammunition LLC is not violating any state or local laws or ordinances.
– I am aware that sales tax MUST be applied to purchases shipped to locations in California, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Washington state, Colorado, Minnesota, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. Tax will not be applied to an order being shipped outside of these states.
– I am aware that 307 Ammunition LLC reserves the right to change or update pricing at any time, and that 307 Ammunition LLC will no honor any discount as a result of a price change.
– I am aware that the prices shown on out of stock items does not necessarily reflect the price the item will be when it comes back into stock, and 307 Ammunition LLC reserves the right to change or update the pricing of any item at any time.
– I am aware that in order to cancel an order, I am responsible for letting 307 Ammunition LLC know immediately. In some cases, orders may be processed and shipped before being able to cancel. I am also aware and accept that there will be a 15% cancellation fee for any orders cancelled after they have shipped, and the shipping charges will be deducted from my refund as well.
– I am aware that 307 Ammunition LLC offers returns on our reloaded & factory new ammunition ONLY if defective. We ask you to please notify us immediately of any issues so we can address them promptly. Once we have received and determined the item defective, we will issue a refund or exchange in proportion to the amount of product returned. Otherwise, please note that all sales are final.
PLEASE NOTE: Ammunition cans, which are provided free with some orders, are excluded from this policy. These cans are provided solely as a way to better transport your ammunition. 307 ammunition LLC is not responsible for any damage to the ammunition cans and will not be able to replace them in the event that the can is damaged upon arrival.
– I am aware that If my shipping address and billing address differ and my order is over $300 a signature may be required for delivery,. This is an extra precautionary measure to help prevent fraud.
– I am aware that 307 Ammunition LLC will not ship to addresses in the following areas indicated:
Alaska
Hawaii
Illinois:
Chicago, IL
Massachusetts
Washington, DC
New York ( Important: We will still ship to those who hold either a Federal Firearms License (FFL) or Seller of Ammunition Permit
CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS: Due to CALIFORNIA State law, we can no longer ship ammunition purchased online to CA residents (we will still ship to FFL’s)
307 Ammunition LLC will not ship ammunition to APO & FPO Addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
– I am aware that once my package is entrusted to a mail carrier, 307 Ammunition LLC no longer has control over my package and therefore I release liability from 307 Ammunition LLC. Furthermore, once my package is delivered to the address specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package. 307 Ammunition LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
– I am aware that discharging, cleaning, or handling ammunition, components and/or firearms may cause exposure to lead, and I hold 307 Ammunition LLC harmless and I assume full responsibility for any such exposure.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ILLINOIS AMMUNITION SALES:

(IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number or attach your purchase order receipt to your email.)
It is your responsibility to follow up with 307 Ammunition LLC to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible. We cannot accept any documents with blacked out information, all information MUST be intact. Orders will be processed & retained until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by 307 Ammunition LLC. Ammunition can only be shipped to an address listed on at least one of these ID’s.
* If you have supplied this information to 307 Ammunition LLC for past orders, please note in the “comments” section of your order, Required IL Documents s/b on File.”
FAILURE TO SEND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS WILL RESULT IN ORDER CANCELLATION AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW JERSEY AMMUNITION SALES:
Firearms Purchase ID or Federal Firearms License, AND state photo ID submitted by text(307-660-1035) or email to matt@collinscom.net
(IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number or attach your purchase order receipt to your email.)
It is your responsibility to follow up with 307 Ammunition LLC to make sure we have received your information.
These MUST be current, valid, & completely legible. We cannot accept any documents with blacked out information, all information MUST be intact. Orders will be processed & retained until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by 307 Ammunition LLC. Ammunition can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.
* If you have supplied this information to 307 Ammunition for past orders, please note in the “comments” section of your order, “Required NJ Documents s/b on File.”
FAILURE TO SEND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS WILL RESULT IN ORDER CANCELLATION AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONNECTICUT AMMUNITIONSALES:
Ammunition and/or firearms permit cards AND state photo ID submitted by text(307-660-1035) or email to matt@collinscom.net
(IMPORTANT: You must enter your order number or attach your purchase order receipt to your email.)
It is your responsibility to follow up with 307 Ammunition LLC to make sure we have received your information.

Orders will be processed & retained until sufficient documents are submitted to and received by 307 Ammunition. Ammunition can only be shipped to an address on one of those two documents.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING:
307 Ammunition LLC strives to be as accurate as possible; however, 307 Ammunition LLC does not warrant that all information, description, listed price, or other content is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event of such mistake, 307 Ammunition LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed. 307 Ammunition LLC has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and a credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged, 307 Ammunition LLC shall issue a refund/credit back to the credit card at the amount of the item price.
If an item is sold at an incorrect price, 307 Ammunition LLC reserves the right to contact buyer for instructions before shipping; otherwise, cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
307 Ammunition LLC shall not be held liable or accountable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
